CS Srinivasa Rao is an experienced talent acquisition professional with over a decade of experience in hiring for software product organizations. He has worked with both large setups and VC-backed early-stage startups, gaining proficiency in identifying and solving a wide range of hiring problems. An eternal optimist, Srinivasa likes taking calculated risks and chances in life to create opportunities for himself and those around him. His experiences have taught him to be a wiser and better decision-maker. Currently, Srinivasa is working as a Talent Acquisition professional at Jupiter.money, where he is responsible for hiring and building core tech, product, and data science teams. He is also exploring his entrepreneurial side and is happy to advise and help early-stage startups on building their core tech, product, and data science teams. In the past, Srinivasa co-founded Pinak.io, where he was on a mission to empower every hiring manager, HR/TA with solutions to enhance overall candidate and employer experience while lowering the cost of hiring through the use of sophisticated AI/ML technology. He has also worked as an RPO Delivery & Engagement professional at Wenger & Watson, where he worked closely with TA leaders and founding teams to help build hiring strategy & delivery muscle to accelerate hiring across 19+ product organizations. Srinivasa holds an MBA in HR from the Institute of Business Studies & Research and a degree in Computer Science from Osmania University. He is proficient in AI, ML, and Data Science and has relevant experience of 13.78 years.
